Your join code and link
Every live queue gets a short join code plus a shareable link. Both appear on your dashboard's share card, along with a countdown if the queue has an expiry set — the code turns red once it's close to expiring.
QR code
Tap Show QR to display a scannable code. This is the fastest option for a printed sign or a table tent — customers scan it and land straight on your join page, no typing required.
Joining by code
If a customer already knows your join code, they can enter it directly at the "Join by Code" screen instead of following a link — handy when you're reading it out over the phone.
Printing tickets and signs
The dashboard's print templates let you generate a physical queue ticket or a QR sign to place at your counter or entrance.
